Olivora Beauty — Shipping, Refund, Replacement & Return Policy
Shipped Orders
Order delays. If an order has no tracking updates, is still “in transit”/“pending,” or shows expired tracking beyond: 45 days (U.S.), 60 days (most countries), or 110 days (Brazil) from the original ship date, we’ll refund or resend the item at our expense. Some shipping methods/destinations may have exceptions.
Delivered orders. If tracking shows “Delivered,” refunds/replacements aren’t available. If you didn’t receive the parcel, please obtain a non-delivery certificate from your local post office so we can review and assist.
Damaged products. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a quick photo or video; once approved, we’ll refund or replace. In most cases we won’t ask you to return the damaged item.
Incorrect or missing items. If we shipped something incorrect or an item is missing, send a photo/video and we’ll refund or replace once approved.
Order cancellations. You may cancel for a full refund before the order is processed and shipped. Print-on-Demand (POD) and pre-order inventory cannot be canceled after payment.
Returns (Change of Mind / Exchanges)
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.
Eligibility. Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in the original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return. Email olivorabeautyinfo@gmail.com for a Return Authorization and instructions. Unless we advise otherwise, please send returns to:

Packages sent back without a Return Authorization may be refused.
Buyer-paid shipping.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs (and any reshipment due to an address error at checkout).
- If you request an exchange, please return the original item first; once accepted, place a new order.
- Olivora Beauty covers shipping only when we are at fault (damaged, incorrect, or missing items after approval).
Non-returnable Items (for hygiene/safety)
For health and safety, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used personal-care/beauty items
- Custom or personalized items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards and final-sale/clearance items
If you’re unsure about a specific item, please email us before purchasing and we’ll advise.
Damages & Issues (upon arrival)
Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and make it right (photos/videos help us resolve faster).
Note: For shipped-order damage/incorrect/missing claims we may not require a physical return once verified.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off (Consumers in the EU)
If your order ships to the European Union, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel/return for any reason. Items must be unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and include proof of purchase. (Standard buyer-paid return shipping applies unless we’re at fault.)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return (or approve a damage/incorrect/missing claim), we’ll confirm approval and issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund. If 15 business days pass after our approval and you don’t see the refund, please email olivorabeautyinfo@gmail.com
