Processing & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Once processed, your items are packaged and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners.


Shipping Zones & Rates

  • We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, Brazil, and many other international locations.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, the size/weight of the package, and the shipping method available.

  • Note: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Reshipments due to address errors will incur an additional shipping fee.


Third-Party Fulfillment

Olivora Beauty works with Zendrop and other fulfillment partners to ship products directly from their warehouses. This allows us to offer a broad selection of products but may result in longer delivery timeframes than traditional fulfillment.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times begin after the processing period:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • International Orders: 10–25 business days

  • Brazil: up to 35 business days
